Position: Customer Service Specialist
Salary: $1,000 — $1,400U per month
Location: Remote, base Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle online inquiries, complaints, and related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Multi-Channel Assistance: Provide timely and effective support via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Product Guidance: Assist customers in understanding our products and services, offering professional advice and guidance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues promptly and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Feedback Management: Record and organize customer feedback, regularly submitting reports to help improve service quality.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in team training and skill development activities to consistently elevate service standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Malaysian citizen with legal work status, or a Chinese national currently residing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the exchange, internet, or finance industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Basic computer literacy, with familiarity in using office software and customer service systems.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.
