1. Why has my withdrawal been sent but not yet received?
UBX digital asset withdrawal includes the following three steps: UBX platform withdrawal ➞ block confirmation ➞ other party platform deposit . If it is not received, it may be due to the following reasons:
  • The target address and network do not match : Please check whether your withdrawal address is consistent with the receiving network of the other party.
  • Block confirmation delay : Block confirmation time may be delayed due to network congestion, please be patient.
  • The other platform has not credited the funds : If the block has been confirmed but not credited, please contact the customer service of the other platform for assistance.
 
2. Why does the withdrawal appear to have been cancelled but the amount has not been returned?
  • Unconfirmed withdrawal operation: If the withdrawal confirmation is not completed, the system will automatically cancel it after the set time and the funds will not be deducted.
  • Withdrawal of deducted funds : If the withdrawal is cancelled after showing "Processing", the funds will be returned to your UBX account balance, and you can view the relevant records in the fund flow.
 
3. Why is the amount of cash that can be withdrawn less than the actual balance in the wallet?
  • Deposit does not reach the confirmation number : When the deposit does not reach the confirmation number for withdrawal, the balance will be temporarily unavailable for withdrawal. The balance will be updated synchronously after the deposit is confirmed.
 
4. What should I do if I find that my wallet is under maintenance after withdrawing funds?
If the wallet is under maintenance when you withdraw UBX, your withdrawal request will be automatically processed after the maintenance is completed. The system will remind you through notifications (email or APP) when the wallet returns to normal.
 
5. I withdrew funds to the wrong address, what should I do?
  • The status is "Withdrawal in progress" : You can cancel the withdrawal application and resubmit the correct address.
  • Status is "Processing" or "Remitted" : The withdrawal cannot be reversed. Due to the irreversibility of blockchain transactions, you need to contact the customer service of the platform to which the wrong address belongs to assist in recovering the funds. If the owner of the address is unknown, the funds may not be recovered.
 
6. Is there any handling fee for cash withdrawal?
  • Internal transfer : If the destination address is an internal address of the UBX platform, no handling fee is required.
  • Normal withdrawal : Normal withdrawal requires payment of mining fee. Please refer to the withdrawal page for the specific fee.
 
7. Is there a minimum or maximum amount for withdrawals?
  • Minimum withdrawal amount : The UBX platform has set a minimum withdrawal amount. The specific amount is subject to the withdrawal page.
  • Withdrawal limit : The platform sets a limit on daily and monthly withdrawals, which depends on the real-name authentication status of the account.
 
8. What should I do if the address is invalid when withdrawing funds?
If the system prompts that the address is invalid, please check whether the target address and the selected chain name are correct. Make sure that the withdrawal address is consistent with the network configuration of the receiving platform and submit again.
 
9. Other common reasons why withdrawals are not received:
  • Block not confirmed : need to wait for block confirmation to be completed. If the funds are not received after confirmation, please contact the customer service of the other platform.
  • Wrong tag entry : Some blockchains (such as SOL chain) require Memo/Tag to be filled in. Ensure that the information is accurate. If it is filled in incorrectly, please contact the customer service of the other platform for assistance.
  • Wrong withdrawal network selection : Make sure the withdrawal network is consistent with the chain name used by the recipient.
  • Insufficient transaction fees : Low transaction fees may delay the arrival of funds. It is recommended to set reasonable transaction fees to increase the arrival speed.
