When you deposit digital assets into your UBX account, if the deposited currency does not arrive, it is usually caused by the following reasons:
(1) Normal recharge, block confirmation delay, resulting in the recharge not being received in time. If your recharge information is confirmed to be correct, but the assets have not yet arrived, the recharge record can be queried on the block, but because the block is waiting for confirmation, when the block is fully confirmed, there will be a certain delay in the synchronization of the block to the platform wallet. Please wait patiently. Or contact the wallet used for withdrawal or the platform customer service staff for processing
(2) Deposits in different currencies will not be credited. Before recharging, please confirm that the currency you are recharging is the same as the currency of the platform. If the full name of the currency and the contract address are inconsistent, the funds will not be credited. Please [ Submit a work order ] and the staff will assist you in the refund process. However, please note that a certain handling fee may be charged for manual processing.
(3) The wrong address and network are used for recharging, resulting in failure to receive the funds. For example, please carefully check the recharge address and network before recharging. Do not recharge ETH to the BTC address, and do not recharge assets of the ERC20 network to the on-chain network or other networks, as this will result in the assets not being able to be received. In such cases, please submit a [ Submit Work Order ] in a timely manner and the staff will help you handle it. However, please note that a certain handling fee may be charged for manual processing.
(4) Wrong tags are filled in, resulting in failure to receive funds. Some currencies require tags (Memo/Tag) to be filled in. You need to fill in the tags of the currency correctly on the other party's platform. If the tags are filled in incorrectly and cannot be received normally, you can submit a problem feedback, explain your details, including your recharge currency, quantity, correct tags and incorrect tags, hash values, and a dedicated person will follow up. But please note that manual processing may require a certain handling fee.
(5) Smart contract recharge, recharge not received. When recharging, each currency has a corresponding recharge address. Please use the recharge address of the currency generated by the recharge platform system. Do not use the contract address of the currency to recharge, otherwise it will not be received.
