Withdrawing crypto assets is an important part of the crypto asset trading platform. To withdraw crypto assets on the UBX platform, you need to follow the following steps:
Step 1: Log in to your UBX account and click [Assets] in the upper right navigation bar.
Step 2: On the Asset Center page, select [Spot Account], or [Contract Account] and directly click the [Withdraw] button at the top of the asset overview page.
Step 3: Enter the withdrawal page, confirm the currency to be withdrawn and select the chain name, enter the withdrawal address and withdrawal amount. Note that if you do not have sufficient available crypto assets in your account, you need to top up or buy on the UBX platform first. After filling in the above information, the page will display the handling fee amount, click the [Withdraw] button to submit.
For some special currencies, such as XRP, you also need to enter a tag (Memo) for withdrawal. The tag (Memo) is a string of numbers that ensures that your deposit address is unique. It forms a pair with the deposit address and corresponds one to one. Please be sure to follow the correct steps and enter complete information, otherwise you may lose your assets.
Step 4
Click the "Confirm" button and you may be prompted to enter your 2FA verification code or receive a Google verification code.
Step 5 : Wait for review. Your withdrawal application will enter the UBX platform for review, please wait patiently. After the review process is passed, your withdrawal application will be processed and your encrypted assets will be transferred to the withdrawal address you specified.
Note:
1. The withdrawal fee is used to pay the network miner gas fee, not the platform price. The withdrawal fee is different for different main networks. The withdrawal fee is calculated on a per-time basis and has nothing to do with the withdrawal amount.
2. The withdrawal fee is dynamically adjusted according to the gas fee on the chain, and is subject to the withdrawal page display.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount for each mainnet of different currencies is different, but the same amount is displayed on the withdrawal page.
4. Please make sure that the withdrawal address is correct. If the withdrawal fails to arrive due to an incorrect address, the platform will not be able to help you retrieve it.
5. The time it takes to withdraw money depends on the miner's confirmation speed and the number of platform confirmations.
6. When withdrawing crypto assets to a third-party platform or digital wallet, you need to ensure that the platform or digital wallet supports your crypto asset type. If the platform or digital wallet does not support your crypto asset type, you will not be able to retrieve your crypto assets.
7. For special currency required for input labels (remarks), please be sure to enter complete information, otherwise it may cause currency loss.
