UBX Security Update Notice: Backend Security Protocol and System Upgrade

Recently, due to multiple attacks by external hackers, the platform has faced some challenges in processing withdrawals. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

1. Security update details:
Manual processing of withdrawal requests Since early November 2024, in response to multiple external hacker attacks, we have strengthened our security protocols and changed all withdrawal requests to manual review until November 18, 2024. During this period, due to a significant increase in withdrawal applications, the platform has experienced severe congestion and backlogs.

2. Enable and Suspend Automatic Approval
To ease the congestion of withdrawals, we enabled the automatic approval function from November 19 to November 20, 2024. During this period, more than 9 million USDT withdrawal requests were processed. However, as the security protocol has not been fully optimized, some accounts were attacked again, resulting in a loss of approximately 400,000 USDT. Therefore, in order to protect the security of user assets, we will resume manual approval of withdrawal requests from November 21, 2024.

3. Challenges of manual approval
Currently, the platform faces a large number of users who repeatedly submit withdrawal requests every day (up to 7-8 times), and change different addresses each time. With 3,000-5,000 withdrawal requests per day, the backend team encountered huge challenges in manually reviewing them one by one, which once again led to withdrawal backlogs and delays.

The UBX team has been fully committed to optimizing security protocols and upgrading systems to restore the smoothness of withdrawal functions as soon as possible. At the same time, we are also developing more efficient processes to solve current problems and ensure the safety of user assets.
