User Agreement

 UBX Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "this website," "platform," or "we") is a forward-looking cryptocurrency and digital asset trading platform operating under the website https://www.ubx.one . This platform allows users (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") to conduct digital asset transactions and provides related services (hereinafter referred to as "services"). In this agreement, all individuals and entities logging into the website are considered users of the website. For convenience, you and we are collectively referred to as the "parties," and individually as "either party."  

The platform is an ecosystem that includes the website, mobile applications, desktop clients, and other applications developed for providing services, including independently operated platforms, websites, and clients within the ecosystem. In cases where the terms of use for any specific platform differ from this agreement, the applicable terms for the specific platform will prevail.  

UBX LABS LTD. refers to all parties operating the platform, including but not limited to legal entities, non-legal entities, and teams that provide services and are responsible for them. For clarity, the "platform," "we," or "us" include UBX LABS LTD. According to this agreement, the platform operator may change as our business adjusts, in which case the new operator will fulfill the obligations under this agreement and provide services to you, and this change will not affect your rights under this agreement. Furthermore, the scope of platform operators may expand with the provision of new services. If you continue to use the services, you are deemed to have agreed to execute this agreement with the newly added platform operator. In the event of disputes, you should determine the entity responsible for fulfilling this agreement based on the specific service you are using and the particular actions affecting your rights.  

Important Notice  

We particularly remind you:  
1. The digital assets provided on the platform may not be issued by us, financial institutions, or other legal entities.  
2. The digital asset market is relatively new and lacks clear and stable expectations. Digital asset trading carries extremely high risks. Transactions are conducted 24/7 without price fluctuation limits, potentially leading to significant volatility. Due to changes in national laws, regulations, and regulatory documents, digital asset trading may be suspended or prohibited at any time.  
3. Digital asset trading is highly risky and unsuitable for most individuals. You understand that such investments may result in partial or total loss, so you should only invest funds you can afford to lose. Ensure you understand the derivative risks of digital assets. In addition to the risks mentioned above, there may be unpredictable risks. Before deciding to buy or sell digital assets, carefully consider and evaluate your financial situation and associated risks. You are responsible for any losses incurred. We are not liable for such losses.

1.3 Users can register by providing the necessary information required by the website and completing the relevant procedures (hereinafter referred to as "users"). Clicking the "Agree" button during the registration process indicates that you have electronically signed the agreement. Similarly, clicking any button labeled "Agree" or similar wording when using the website or other permitted methods also indicates that you fully understand, agree to, and accept all terms and conditions listed in this agreement, without requiring a handwritten signature for it to be legally binding.

We reserve the right to periodically modify this agreement and announce the changes on the website without prior notice. These modifications will take immediate effect upon being published on the website. Clicking the "Agree to Register" button indicates that you or your authorized representative agrees to the terms of this agreement. Failure to meet the above eligibility requirements will result in all related consequences being borne by you and your authorized representative. The company reserves the right to cancel or permanently freeze your account and hold you and your authorized representative accountable.  

3.2 Registration Purpose  
You confirm and promise that your intention to register on this website is not to violate laws and regulations or disrupt the order of digital asset transactions on the platform.  

3.3 Registration Process  
3.3.1 You agree to provide a valid email address, phone number, and other necessary information specified on the user registration page of this website. You may log in using the provided email address, phone number, or other permitted methods.

3.3.2 When required by laws, regulations, or instructions in your jurisdiction, you must provide a phone number registered under your real name. Failure to comply will result in any direct or indirect losses and adverse consequences being borne by you.  

3.3.3 After legally, completely, and accurately providing the required registration information and passing the verification process, you will be entitled to obtain an account and password from this website. Once you receive the account and password, your registration is considered successful.  

3.3.4 You agree to receive electronic communications and/or SMS messages related to the management and operation of this website.
