How to top up your UBX account (APP)

The on-chain deposit operation is simple and fast. You can log in to the UBX APP and deposit coins through the following paths.

Step 1: Click "Assets" in the navigation bar at the bottom of the app, and click [Recharge]

Step 2: Select the currency to deposit

Step 3: Select the deposit network

Note: Please make sure that the network you choose for depositing coins is the same as the network you choose for withdrawing coins on other platforms, otherwise there will be a problem that the funds cannot be received.

Step 4: Click [Copy Address], paste the deposit address to the withdrawal page of other platforms, and confirm that the deposit address is correct, then the deposit can be transferred to your UBX account.

Risk Warning:

• After you deposit to the corresponding address, the entire network node needs to confirm the arrival. Please refer to the network confirmation number displayed on the deposit page for the specific number.

• The minimum recharge amount is subject to the page display. Recharges less than the minimum amount will not be credited and cannot be refunded.

• Your deposit address will not change frequently and you can recharge repeatedly. If there are any changes, we will try to notify you through website announcements or emails.

• Please make sure that the device and browser you are using are secure to prevent your information from being tampered with or leaked.
