How to top up your UBX account (Web)

What is coin top-up?

Recharge refers to the process of recharging cryptocurrency assets in personal wallets or other platform trading accounts into the UBX platform. After recharging, you can trade cryptocurrency on the UBX platform. If you want to recharge digital assets in other platform accounts or your personal digital wallet account into the UBX platform, you can transfer the assets through the [Recharge] function.

How to top up

1. Open the recharge page

Log in to the UBX official website and log in to your personal account, and click [Recharge] on the homepage .

Or click " Spot Account " or " Contract Account "; then click "Deposit".

2. Confirm the currency you want to recharge on the recharge page and select the network you want to use.

Copy the deposit address generated on the page, or save the QR code provided. Some special currencies, such as XRP, will display information in the MEMO or TAG fields.

3. Fill in the address in your personal wallet or other platforms, or scan the QR code through the corresponding App and fill in the recharge information. For special currencies, such as XRP, you need to enter the information in the MEMO or TAG field displayed on the recharge page.

4. After the network miner confirms, the coin deposit operation can be completed.

For special currencies, such as XRP, you also need to make sure that the information in the MEMO or TAG field displayed on the recharge page is entered.

After completing the deposit operation, the funds will be transferred to your account after confirmation by the network node. The transfer time is usually within 5-30 minutes.
