Frequently Asked Questions about Recharge

What should I do if I entered the wrong address when recharging?
If you fill in the wrong address when recharging, the assets will go directly to the address. The coins that are not deposited due to the wrong recharge address will not be recovered. Therefore, UBX hereby reminds users to check the recharge address before recharging to avoid unnecessary losses.

The recharge has been completed, but the money has not been credited to my account for a long time. What should I do?
In the blockchain network, asset transfer is divided into three steps:
Propose - Block Confirmation - Account
1. Withdrawal: If the withdrawal status on the withdrawal platform or wallet is displayed as "Complete" or "Successful", it means that the transfer has been successfully remitted to the blockchain, but it does not mean that the transfer has been successfully credited to the receiving platform or wallet.
2. Block confirmation: Each transfer in a block takes a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the recipient. Please wait patiently for the corresponding block confirmation to be completed.
3. Deposit: The platform can only deposit funds into your account when the blockchain has been confirmed and the number of confirmations is sufficient. (The number of confirmations for each currency can be viewed on the recharge page)

What should I do if I accidentally deposited a currency that UBX does not support?
When recharging, if the recharge is made to the wrong network or wallet address, UBX generally cannot provide retrieval service. If you encounter this situation, please submit a work order and describe the details in detail, and provide the following information. UBX customer service staff will review and determine whether it meets the retrieval requirements.
1. Your UBX registered account and user ID;
2. Name of the digital asset being recharged;
3. Recharge amount;
4.TxID;
5. The wallet address used for recharging and the UBX address to be recharged;

What should I do if I forget to write MEMO when recharging and the money cannot be credited to my account?
For some currencies, such as EOS and XRP, you need to fill in the Memo in addition to the address when recharging. If you do not fill it in, the funds will not be credited normally. If you forget to fill in the Memo, you need to submit a work order, provide the account ID, the correct Memo, the hash value in text format (TXID), and the screenshot of the sender's transfer. After verification, UBX will manually credit the funds.
